Amazing list with loads to choose from! I didn’t want to throw the left-over wraps away and thought I’d look to see if desserts can be made using them. Well, I’m pleasently surprised! I’ve bookmarked a number of these from the great list that you gave and I now have the ‘task’ of deciding which recipe to make! -I think a mash-up might be the only way! Such a great list and Thank You!! 🙂
Smear a tortilla with a butter honey mix, sprinkle w cinnamon, sprinkle with crushed walnuts or pecans, toss in a few raisins if desired, roll up and enjoy

Hi! You are my first official comment on my new blog – exciting!! Surprised you even found it. Your Mexican lasagna is gold – it is my absolute “go to”, one of the first recipes I saved in my app! I have shared it with so many people and I can’t start talking about it, and in fact, it is what inspired “The Tortilla List”! Keep in touch – I hope to launch in a couple of weeks and there will be a section on covering bloggers. Thanks again for leaving a comment!
