This is a simple but super tasty seasoning for French fries that adds more flavour than using just plain salt. Preferably homemade - but even store bought frozen fries or wedges! Also use to add extra flavour to cooked things like roast vegetables, potatoes and cooked proteins.Makes enough for a double batch of homemade fries.

1tsptable salt(Note 1)
1tsponion powder(or more garlic powder)
1tspgarlic powder(or more onion powder)
1tsppaprika
1/4tspdried oregano
1/4tspdried parsley
1/4tspcayenne pepper, optional
1/4tspblack pepper
Instructions
Mix the ingredients together.
Sprinkle on fries to taste.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container or jar in the pantry. Also great on roast potatoes, vegetables and proteins (use for cooking or sprinkle as a finishing salt).
Notes
1. Salt type – I like using table salt as the grains are finer than cooking salt/kosher salt so it sticks better to things like fries. However, you can really use any salt type you want.
