All UK, US and Canadian Dinner cookbook pre-order customers will receive a free bonus digital recipe book that contains ten+ brand new recipes I created especially for you. A thank you gift for early buyers!
Dear Australians and New Zealanders disappointed to be missing out, skip down to my Letter to you. ❤️

Why am I offering this free gift?
This is a thank you gift for those in the UK, US & Canada who have pre-ordered a copy of Dinner. While here in Australia, my cookbook was released in October 2022, the release dates overseas are later: 27 February 2023 for the UK, and 28 March for the US & Canada.
Well, patience is not my greatest virtue, so it is a gesture of appreciation for your patience!!
What is the gift?
The free gift is a beautiful digital recipe book which contains ten+ never-before-seen recipes that I created especially for you. These recipes are brand new. They haven’t appeared on my website or in Dinner.
Like the recipes in Dinner, these in this digital book represent the food I love. Unpretentious. Hassle-free. Big on flavor. And they taste even better than they look!

Here’s a little sneak preview of some of the recipes!

And here are my now-famous Easy Brown Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. I gave away hundreds of these cookies during the Australian cookbook tour. Countless people have since been begging for the recipe …. but I’ve refrained because I was saving it for this bonus digital recipe book!

A letter to Australians and New Zealanders …
Shortly after announcing this free offer, I started receiving messages from Australian and New Zealander readers who had already purchased my book and were disappointed to miss out on these bonus recipes.
I feel terribly guilty reading such messages. Sharing my recipes here on this website without barriers, for everyone to enjoy, is at the very heart of why I love what I do.
But the decision to make this free recipe book as a bonus for North American early buyers of Dinner was actually also driven by guilt. Guilt that North Americans who pre-ordered Dinner in October were seeing shared photos on social media of dishes made by Australians who already received their copy of Dinner. Many of our American and Canadian friends were understandably disappointed that they had to wait so many months before receiving their copy.
The staggered release of Dinner across the globe, especially in the countries where most of my readership lies (Australia/NZ, US, Canada, UK) has been the most challenging thing for me to manage. I am doing the best I can with communication and to appease those who have been disappointed and frustrated by the delay in getting their books.
This bonus recipe book offer is one way I am trying to make it up to people who have been forced to wait. It’s a small gesture to our US and Canadian readers to say thank you for your support by pre-ordering my book and your patience waiting 4 whole months before you receive it, all the while having to see and hear all about the recipes Australians are already enjoying from “Dinner!”
And so, to dear Australians and New Zealanders – I hope you understand why this offer is exclusively for North Americans. You already have the Dinner book! You are already 150+ recipes ahead!!!
To other countries where pre-orders are yet to even open, I promise you are not forgotten. There will be region-specific editions of this bonus cookbook coming your way too!
– Nagi x
PS. I cannot resist sharing ONE recipe. By popular demand, here is a downloadable version of the Brown Butter Choc Chip Cookies. These were extremely popular on the book tour!!
Life of Dozer
Just to reassure you, every recipe in the bonus digital recipe book has been given the tick of approval by Mr Dozer. (And Chef JB and an independent recipe tester I hired especially to check the recipes. Just because it’s a free gift, it doesn’t mean we lower our standards!)

great receipts
fantastic receipts
D0n’t feel guilt, you do so much already!!
Besides, this must be the one time people in other parts of the world get to experience the way Australians are so used to waiting for so many things that come from overseas!
I will try those brown butter oatmeal choc chip cookies though!
Thank you for the extra recipes, Nagi! Patiently waiting for my copy to drop in Feb. ‘23.
PS Here’s another dog named Dozer……
When will the book be available to other countries?
I just wish the book was released in a digital version as well!
I believe ‘this page’ (under FAQ question #1) should be a link to another page as I can’t find the retailers on this one.
(Perhaps I just missed it)
Love Dinner.
Dear Nagi, alive been using your recipe blog for years. I bought Dinner for myself and other for Cmas presents. You’ve given so much!!! Please don’t feel guilt.
Hi Nagi,
I can’t thank you enough for all your fabulous recipes!! I have become a fantastic chef(even if I say so myself) thanks to all your recipes which never dissapoint. I know it will be worth the wait when I finally get a Copy of your cookbook… I live in Liechtenstein so I imagine that will take some time xx🤣🇱🇮
It arriveren! All the way to Switzerland! Thanks a lot Nagi for this wonderful, versatile cookbook.
Don’t know where to start… I will cook my way through all recipes.
Best regards from Switzerland
I have pre ordered on Amazon and there is no order number or receipt number. I took a picture of it the day I ordered but all it has is the date and that it was pre ordered. I also read some of the comments and there was another gal Arlene Isbister on Nov 17 @ 7:50 am that left a comment that the same thing has happened to her. If I could post the receipt page it shows it was pre ordered. I think a lot of us in the US are going to have the same problem if pre order was on Amazon.
I’m in the US and pre-ordered from Amazon. I received a confirmation email which included the order number and the date ordered. I was able to complete the free gift form with no problem.
In case you didn’t receive or no longer have the email, I was also able to log into my account with Amazon, go to “orders” and click the button “View or print invoice” for the Dinner order. It brought up a page with the date ordered and the order number.
I hope this helps.
Thanks so much for sharing those tips Elaine! You’re so thoughtful 🙂 N xx
Love Dinner.
Dear Nagi, I’ve been using your recipe blog for years. I bought Dinner for myself and other for Xmas presents. You’ve given so much!!! Please don’t feel guilt.
How wonderful! Thank you, Nagi! Can’t wait to receive the book in February. I know it’ll be superb.
Hi Nagi,
For what it’s worth and as a matter of information I’ve already purchased 6 of you wonderful cookbook. I sent two to the USA as gifts for Christmas. As a matter of interest it cost 63.00 to send your book to the US. Now I just hope they can figure out metric measurements.
Regards,
Earl
Yeah, I get that Nagi, but I NEED the Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken, I really, really, REALLY do!!!!!!!!
I was thrilled for North America / Canada until I saw that recipe pop up, lol.
Please don’t feel guilty whatsoever! You’re efforts to please everyone are so thoughtful but I don’t mind waiting for my book one bit! Seeing all the posts from others who have theirs just makes it all the more exciting for when it does arrive. Thank you for so generously sharing your talent and knowledge and hard work!!
Hi! Just want to know if we can still get the free gift when we pre-order your book through our Canadian online bookstore, chapters.indigo.ca. Tfr!
I will be honest….as an Aussie I am disappointed. We are your original cheer squad. We have supported you all the way and I’m so glad you are doing well. You have added a sweetener to crack the American market, but this apology reads like the book was a gift. We BOUGHT it. Like I said, I’m glad you are so successful but it’s because of us Aussies and our support (and $$). Leaving us out of a promotion kinda sucks.
Wow. I am very surprised to find a comment like this on this very website, I must say, considering how many hundreds of lovely, tasty, accessible, fool-proof recipes Nagi has published on here over the years, without asking for any subscription fee, mind you.
I would just like to share this one thought with you: Nagi is not that successful because of “you” Aussies or “them” North Americans or “us” from the rest of the world. The reasons for her success are that she is an excellent cook and a generous soul with amazing communication skills, a heart of gold and a wonderful team behind her. You really can’t take the credit for that, just because you were lucky enough to already buy her book.
Well said!
Thank you Nagi! I just downloaded my bonus digital recipe book and after a quick glance I know there are recipes in it I’ll be trying this week. Thanks again for alleviating the pain of the wait, I too am not a patient person, LOL! But please dont feel guilty! Hugs to you and Dozer from me and my boys Midnight and Sundance.
Thank you, Nagi for your thoughtfulness! Your recipes are worth waiting for until February and beyond but I appreciate the bonus gift so much! Please don’t feel guilty at all – we are thrilled for your book!!
Thank you Nagi! The carrot cheesecake will definitely be on the dessert table at Christmas.
