More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x
Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!
And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?
{UPDATE: Scroll to the top for a list of requested recipes that I have published!}
I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.
LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.

Would absolutely love a dupe for Pasta Pantry’s chargrilled tuna dip or chicken dip. Please and thank you!

Hi Nagi – can you share a great recipe for homemade KimChi = 🙂
Vikki Gill says
I was just about to request the same. I’ll have a go at the one suggested, but don’t think the rain here in the UK will produce good sun-drying results, so a version or alternative to that step would be amazing

It’s on my list, but in the meantime try my Mother’s recipe here: https://japan.recipetineats.com/simple-kimchi-recipe/ N x

Would love a recipe for Avial, a south Indian dish from Kerala. It’s essentially vegetables (typically root veggies) cooked in a coconut sauce. It’s incredibly tasty and supposedly easy to make. Thanks Nagi!

Hi! Was wondering if you would consider doing a bee sting cake (bienenstich) recipe! They are the most delicious things so would love a recipe from you!

Hi Nagi,
Wow, I just love your fish tacos and am slowing working my way through your other recipes. Could you please source a recipe for fruit “roll ups” or ‘fruit straps”? I have tried several times to make them using grapes (cooked down and reduced, no sugar), stonefruits and apples and have failed miserably. Many thanks.

Hi Nagi
I love your site. I’d like to request a veggie burger recipe.
I’ve tried a few and they aren’t as tasty or fall apart very easily.

I would love to know how to cook Yellowtail. I purchased some frozen and do not know what to do with it.
I greedily wait for your recipeineats posts because I know I will have something fantastic to to enjoy. Thank you for all your recipes.
Nagi says
Hi Trishh! I wish I knew, we grew up eating yellowtail because it was so easy to catch in the Sydney waters!! My mother used to butterfly them, salt then grill/broil them. Amaaazgin! N x
Trishh says
Thank you! I will try broiling them.

Hi Nagi,
I’ve been scouring the internet trying to find a diabetic-friendly vanilla cake recipe using Stevia (seems to be the safest sugar alternative). Unsurprisingly I can’t find any. Would love to make something like this as it’s a cake everyone can enjoy. I thought if anyone can make it it’s got to be you (your red velvet is truly amazing!) So dropping this request hoping you’ll take a look!
Thank you!

Please, please, please work out a recipe for English muffins! I’m an American living in the UK, when family comes to visit I always request a couple of dozen Thomas’ English Muffins. They go directly in the freezer and I hoard them the best I can. Literally I get a tear in my eye when the last one goes in the toaster. I don’t care how many times I’m told Breakfast Muffins are the same thing, they are NOT. I have tried every published recipe and technique I’ve seen, but I still can’t get that chewy interior with crispy nooks and crannies that hold the melted butter. They are used in so many recipes and most of the world can’t buy them. Please!

Hi Nagi,
Firstly, I’d just like to save I have LOVED all of your recipes I have tried. As someone who is not even remotely confident in the kitchen I’ve always found your recipes so easy, adaptable and there hasn’t been a single one I’ve disliked. Your pad thai, stay stirfry, ziti bake, san choy bow and bun cha (my personal favourite) are absolute regulars in my household.
I would love to see a homemade donut recipe for the sweet tooth in me!
Thank you again for all of your recipes, I hope you know how truly delicious they all are 🙂

Hi Nagi, Would you please consider doing a yummy cob loaf recipe (where you hollow it out and fill it with a cheesy dip) using spinach and cream cheese (no bacon)? You have 2 cob loaf recipes up already but not a spinach one. Thanks!😋

Hi Kirsty – this would be great in a cob loaf too! https://www.recipetineats.com/spinach-and-artichoke-dip/ N x
