More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x
Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!
And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?
{UPDATE: Scroll to the top for a list of requested recipes that I have published!}
I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.
LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.

Hi Nagi, i love your recipes and have been using them ever since i moved out of home to Melbourne. I am south asian and have been missing my mum’s curry like crazy, but i am also so sick of doing dishes! Big fan of your slow cooked recipes. Wondering if you could do a recipe of slow cooked curry with vegetables in one pot! Thank you for helping out victorians at this time!
Kim says
Hi Nagi – I wondered if you were able to work your magic and master gluten free donuts? I bit of a challenge – but if anyone can give it a good go, it’s you! Thanks

Thank you

I really enjoyed Muhammara (Roasted Red Pepper Dip) at a restaurant once. I totally recommend you give it a whirl. It’s great because it requires unusual ingredients, which makes it fun to make. Very delicious. Way better than hummus and baba ghanoush
Linda says
Hi Nagi, just wondering if you have a honey chicken like Chinese takeaway. Thanks

I’ve never really been a ‘foodie’, but over the lockdown, I’ve really taken to being in the kitchen; and since I discovered your website, I’m constantly cooking (so many amazing recipes!! Thank you!!) – my husband is confused!! Anyway, I really want to try my hand at an orange chiffon cake. A work colleague brought one in to the office once (in the good ol’ days when we still went out of the house), and it was to die for.
Nagi says
Yum, sounds amazing Kristina! N x
Leeanne says
I would love you to do salt & chilli chips, we love them with pretty much any Asian meal 😍, the recipe I have a is good but I just know you will be able to Nagi’fi them and take them from good to sensational!!! Also salt & chilli chicken 😋 love it with golden curry sauce on the side!
Nagi says
Salt and chilli chips?? As in – potato chips?? I don’t think I’ve ever seen that at an Asian restaurant!! does it look like fries??
Leeanne says
Yes! Hot chips I should have said, (I’m Scottish but live in Australia) most if not all Chinese restaurants at home have them – they are sooooo so good!! In a wok, oil, cook green capsicum, red chillies, onion for a few minutes, add a little rice wine vinegar (although I have started using Chinese cooking wine since discovering your site that makes them ever better!) add the cooked fries (homemade), then 2tsp (to taste) of salt and chilli seasoning (salt, cumin, chilli flakes, Chinese 5 spice, white pepper, black pepper) – awesome accompaniment 😋
